Howdy! I'm Danielle, the owner and operator of Cap City 'Shrooms. I go for long walks on the beach, exclusively in my head, and especially love telling jokes that only I find funny. In March of 2021, the mycological network attached itself to my synapses and the concept of this mushroom farm was born. 

After a rigorous few years of building a custom, climate-controlled warehouse and getting the city of Austin to grant us the permits, I am happy to say that a mushroom farm is thriving off St. Elmo Rd.   

Today, with an expanding team base, we are growing 7 different varieties of nutrient dense, high-quality mushrooms. We are in restaurants all over Austin, farmers markets, and provide value-added products for customers to reap the benefits of all that a mushroom can provide.
